SplitCam Support

SplitCam captures photos and video with split-screen, picture-in-picture, and selected-media composition workflows. Supported modes depend on the device and the access shown in the app.

Your media

Saved work can exist in SplitCam's local gallery and, separately, in Apple Photos. Completed videos awaiting a Photos save can remain in local pending storage across restarts for retry; cleanup after a successful save can fail and leave a copy. Gallery deletion does not remove those separate pending files, Photos items or exports. Protect important recordings with verified copies; purchase restoration does not restore media.

Purchases

Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase are offered through Apple. Prices and eligible offers are shown before purchase. Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen for eligible access. To cancel, open iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Removing SplitCam does not cancel a subscription.

Get help

Email your app and iOS versions, device model, and a short description. Avoid sending private recordings, faces, or conversations unless needed and agreed. Nothing from your gallery is attached automatically.
