Welcome to SplitCam. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

SplitCam is an iOS dual-camera split-screen camera application that provides:

• Simultaneous photo and video capture using front and rear cameras
• Multiple split-screen layouts (left-right, top-bottom, picture-in-picture)
• Duet mode (import video and record alongside it)
• Multiple aspect ratios and quality options

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Plans

SplitCam offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renews annually, includes a free trial period
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, permanent access

2.2 Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the annual subscription price. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period ends.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of each billing period
• Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method associated with your Apple ID
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, you can continue using Pro features until the end of the current subscription period

2.4 Refunds

All refund requests must be processed through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. User Content

All photos and videos you create using SplitCam are entirely yours. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

4. Usage Restrictions

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or crack the application
• Circumvent the application's subscription verification mechanisms
• Use the App to create content that violates local laws and regulations
• Use the App for any illegal purposes

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:

• Feature malfunctions caused by device incompatibility
• Temporary incompatibility caused by iOS system updates
• Data loss caused by improper user operation

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
